Guzmán returns to Red Bull Bragantino training after surgery

Red Bull Bragantino has an important reinforcement in training. Guzmán Rodríguez, Uruguayan defender, has returned to participating normally in the club's activities after 8 months of recovering from surgery on the anterior cruciate ligament of his left knee.

What happened?

Guzmán suffered the injury in a match against Palmeiras, at 26 minutes of the second half. He underwent surgery on his left knee on October 27 last year.

How was the return?

– I felt very good. It's been more than eight months, so the return took a little while, but that's already passed. Now I'm here again and I want to take advantage of this moment and go back to doing what I like most – said Guzmán.

The athlete has been participating normally in the preparation of Red Bull Bragantino for the return of the Brasileirão. The team's next game is against Fluminense, on July 17, at 21:30, at Maracanã, for the 19th round.
